Photo Session FAQ
How much to add on a second location?
Adding a second location to your shoot is an additional $100. If the second location is more than 30 miles away, a travel fee of $0.75 per mile will also apply for the extra distance.
How much to add an extra outfit?
An additional outfit change during your session is a $25 fee and must be made known to me prior to the date of your shoot, so we can plan accordingly.
What is your travel fee?
For sessions located more than 30 miles from San Luis Obispo, I charge $0.75 per mile for the additional distance traveled.
What if I don't know how to pose?
No worries at all — you don’t need to know how to pose in front of my camera! I totally get how awkward it can feel to be in front of the lens, which is why I focus on creating a relaxed, fun experience. I love using lighthearted prompts and natural direction to help you feel comfortable, so instead of stressing about what to do, you can just enjoy the moment and have fun!
How long does a session typically take?
I don’t like putting strict time limits on photo shoots because I want the experience to feel natural and unrushed. That said, most sessions last anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on the location, outfit changes, and how the shoot is flowing. We’ll take the time we need to capture everything without feeling pressured.
